Officer in Charge JROTC - Pike County High School, Brundidge, Alabama 2009 – Present
• JROTC Senior Army Instructor (SAI)
Currently work at Pike County High School JROTC Senior Army Instructor. Have one of the best JROTC programs in the state according to ratings provided by U.S. Army Cadet Command. The programs tenets are "To Motivate Young People to Become Better Citizens" and that is a mindset that is practiced on a daily basis. The program assist the school in improving Discipline Problems, Improve Student Attendance/GPA and most importantly it gives student a blueprint of what a successful future looks like. Also run a mentoring program for the school.
Strategic Operations Planner for Commanding General @ Human Resources Command, Alexandria, Virginia 2007 – 2009

Responsible for overseeing, managing and status reporting of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) projects within the command and developing a LSS deployment strategy for subordinate units.

Served as 2nd in Charge of a Forward Deployed Battalion of a 1200 personnel organization. Supervised a staff of over 60 personnel.

Handpicked over 1000 fellow officers to work on this project at the Center for Army Lessons Learned, from Operation Iraqi Freedom-Study Group. Served as the Logistics representative on a 12 person team in which my recommendations were accepted by the senior most Army Leaders without question. The lessons learned were used as an apparatus to gauge critical areas of change for the entire U.S. Army. Published one professional article for the Quartermaster & Logistician Magazines, both are considered premiere U.S. Army Logistics Professional Journals.
